we BOOK ALL OF OUR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE. if you ARE A FIRST TIME COLOR CLIENT, PLEASE FILL OUT OUR REQUEST FORM BEFORE BOOKING. if you have any questions regarding scheduling or your upcoming appointment, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE AT (844) 305-5551. we will request credit card INFO TO CONFIRM YOUR booking. WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE WALK-INS.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
if you must cancel or reschedule your appointmenT, WE kindly request THAT YOU DO SO AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will INCUR A $75-$200 CHARGE DEPENDENT ON THE CANCELLED SERVICE. THIS policy also applies to lateness and no-shows.
